Please Help To Get My Money Faster
I deposited ₹20,000 into my Parimatch account on 31 May via UPI using Paytm. The transaction was made on 31 May at around 7:38 PM, and the Paytm transaction/UPI reference number is 615177304344. The amount was debited from my Paytm account, but it was not credited to my Parimatch account. When I contacted Parimatch support, I was initially informed that the amount would be credited within 7 business working days. However, even after this period passed, the money was neither credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my Paytm. When I reached out again, I was told that this transaction was “already used” which I do not accept, because I have not received the benefit of this payment in my account. I request a full refund of the ₹20,000 to my Paytm account linked to this transaction as soon as possible, or clear proof and details of where and how this payment was supposedly used. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as this amount has been stuck since 31 May.
