Parimatch UPI Deposit Stuck in Processing

I deposited ₹2000 into my Parimatch betting account on 12 May 2026 via UPI. The payment went through on my side with transaction/reference ID 302412210948, but in my Parimatch account the amount has been showing as “processing” and has still not been credited to my balance. Since that date, the status of this deposit has never changed and the money remains stuck in processing. I have contacted Parimatch customer support many times via the in‑app chat and also reached out twice by email, but I have not received any effective response or solution so far. I request that my ₹2000 deposit be reviewed urgently and either credited to my Parimatch betting account without further delay or refunded back to my original UPI payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of why this transaction has been pending for so long and why my previous complaints were not properly handled.
