Payment Debited but Not Added to Parimatch Balance
On 02/06/2026 at around 15:36, I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI using Amazon Pay from my Union Bank of India account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and the UTR number for this transaction is 615328586314. However, the 5,000 INR has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. Despite the payment being completed on the bank side, my Parimatch balance has not been updated, and I have not received any helpful response from support regarding this issue. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, as my money is stuck without any clarity. I request that Parimatch immediately trace this transaction using the UTR number 615328586314 and credit the 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or provide a clear and prompt solution.
