I use Bandhan Bank for UPI transactions linked to my Parimatch account. On February 20, I noticed that the withdrawal option in the Parimatch app was no longer visible, which has prevented me from withdrawing my winnings. I currently have ₹5,000 in my Parimatch account that I won and want to transfer to my Bandhan Bank account, but the missing withdrawal option is blocking me from doing so.
Before this issue occurred, I had successfully withdrawn money from Parimatch to my bank account two or three times without any problems. This shows that my account and UPI setup were functioning properly before. After encountering this issue, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I did not receive any clear or helpful response, and the problem remains unresolved.
I request that the withdrawal option in my Parimatch account be restored without delay so that I can immediately withdraw the ₹5,000 to my Bandhan Bank account. I also expect a clear explanation as to why the withdrawal option disappeared despite my previous successful transactions.
