Parimatch Withdrawal Marked Success But Not Received

I have an issue with Parimatch related to a sports betting withdrawal that shows as successful on their side but has not been credited to my bank account. On the night of 08‑04‑2026 at around 11:30 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 35,000 INR via bank transfer to my State Bank of India account in Tamil Nadu. In the Parimatch system this withdrawal is marked as successful, but the money has never reached my bank account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this problem. They only told me to wait, said that the money is safe and that it is under process, but they have not provided any clear solution. When I asked them to share the UTR or any transaction details for this 35,000 INR withdrawal so that I could check with my bank, they did not provide me with the UTR number or any proof of payment. I request that Parimatch immediately resolve this issue by either crediting the 35,000 INR to my State Bank of India account without any further delay or, at the very least, providing the UTR and full transaction details so that I can follow up with my bank. I expect a clear explanation and a prompt solution, as this amount is important to me and has been shown as successful on their platform but not received in my account.
