Parimatch UPI Deposits Not Credited to Sports Wallet
I have two missing deposits in my Parimatch sports betting account that were made via PhonePe UPI and have still not been credited. On 2 May I deposited ₹1,500 via PhonePe UPI to my Parimatch sports betting wallet, and on 3 May I deposited another ₹2,000 the same way. Both payments were successfully completed on PhonePe, but neither amount has been credited to my Parimatch account balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support and was told that their “expert is still working on this matter,” but nothing has been resolved and my money is still not available in my account. I request that Parimatch urgently credit both deposits, ₹1,500 and ₹2,000 (total ₹3,500), to my sports betting account without any further delay, or otherwise clearly resolve this issue.
I deposited Rs 1,500 into my account, but the amount has still not been credited. I have been waiting for the deposit to be completed, but there has been no update so far.
