Parimatch UPI Deposit Failed And Support Is Not Responding

I am using the Parimatch Android application, and I am facing a problem with my deposit via UPI. Fourteen days ago, I attempted to make a deposit of 800 to my Parimatch account with ID 437849984. The deposit was declined in the app, and the transaction did not go through, so the money was not deducted from my UPI account either. Despite this, the deposit cannot be completed, and the issue has been ongoing for 14 days. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this problem, but I have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing and leaves me without any clarity. I request that my deposit of 800 be successfully processed to my Parimatch account 437849984 and that the technical issue causing this problem be resolved as soon as possible. I also expect a clear response from customer support regarding the status of this deposit attempt.
