Parimatch UPI Deposit Debited But Not Credited

On 10 April at around 23:44, I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and I have the transaction/UTR number 610052540189, but the money has not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. After I reported this issue, Parimatch support asked me to provide my bank statement as proof of the debit. I prepared and sent them the requested bank statement, and I am also attaching this bank statement again with this complaint, but despite submitting this document, I still have not received any clear or proper solution and the issue remains unresolved. My money is stuck even though I have fully cooperated and provided all the evidence they requested. I kindly request that my ₹500 deposit linked to transaction/UTR 610052540189 be checked again and credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, and that this matter be resolved without any further delay.
