Parimatch Missing Deposit Issue With ₹5,500 Not Reflected in Account

I am a regular daily user of Parimatch, and on April 11 at around 11:00 AM, I made a deposit of ₹5,500 via UPI into my Parimatch account. The amount was successfully debited from my side, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance, and I have still not received any refund.

I contacted customer support regarding this issue and was informed that the refund would be processed within approximately 3 business days. However, more than 5 days have now passed, and I have neither received the refund nor any clear update on the status. This kind of delay has never happened to me before on your app, and it is causing serious inconvenience, as this ₹5,500 is very important to me. I request that my funds be refunded immediately to my original UPI/bank account and that I be provided with a clear explanation for this delay. I also have a screenshot of the deposit transaction, which I am ready to share if needed.
