Parimatch Took My Money but Did Not Add It to My Balance

I made a sports betting deposit on Parimatch via UPI on April 11, 2026, for ₹500. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was not added to my Parimatch account balance.

I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any meaningful assistance or solution about my missing deposit. I request that my missing ₹500 be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible.
