Parimatch Support Not Resolving Missing ₹7,500 Deposit

I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit on Parimatch that has caused me financial loss. On March 30, 2026, I made a deposit of 7,500 INR from my State Bank of India account (Shamli branch, Uttar Pradesh) to my Parimatch account. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction ID shown in my bank records is T2603290028147591482998.
After noticing that the funds were not reflected in my Parimatch balance, I contacted Parimatch customer support. However, the support I received was very poor, and I did not get any clear assistance or resolution regarding my missing deposit. The issue is still ongoing, and my funds remain unaccounted for.
I request that this matter be urgently investigated and that my 7,500 INR be either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my State Bank of India account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and a prompt resolution so that I do not face any further inconvenience.
