Parimatch Declined PhonePe Deposit - No Refund Given After Failed Transaction

On 27 November 2025 at around 16:13, I made a deposit of 500 to my Parimatch account using PhonePe. The transaction was declined on Parimatch, but the amount was debited from my State Bank of India account. The Transaction ID for this payment is T2511271613374290583028. Although the deposit did not go through to Parimatch, the money has still not been refunded to my account. I contacted Parimatch customer support, but they are not responding properly and I have not received any clear information or resolution regarding my money. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that the debited amount of 500 linked to Transaction ID T2511271613374290583028 be refunded to my SBI account as soon as possible, or that I be clearly informed about the status and timeframe of the refund.
