Parimatch Rs 4000 PhonePe Deposits Not Credited

I have been facing a serious issue with Parimatch regarding two deposits made via PhonePe that have still not been credited to my account. One deposit of Rs 2000 was made in December 2025 and another Rs 2000 in January 2026. Despite waiting for around two months, neither of these amounts has been added to my Parimatch balance. I have contacted Parimatch customer support many times about these missing deposits. However, every time I reach out, I receive the same response that the deposits are “in processing,” without any real progress, solution, or clear timeframe. This situation has now gone on for far too long, and I am extremely disappointed that such a simple deposit issue has not been resolved. I request that both of these deposits, totaling Rs 4000, be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue has taken so long to resolve so that similar problems do not occur again.
