I am a Parimatch user, and my account has been blocked without any clear explanation. My Parimatch ID is 754459717, and the email linked to my account is sahildayat***@gmail.com. There is a balance of 500 in my account, which I am currently unable to access due to this block.
I have not received any proper information explaining why my account was blocked, and I have also been unable to use live chat or other support channels to resolve this issue. This situation is very concerning, as I cannot access my funds.
I request that my Parimatch account be reviewed and unblocked as soon as possible. I also ask that the balance of 500 in my account be released to me or made available for withdrawal.
