My Parimatch Website Account Was Blocked
My Parimatch website account was blocked 7 days ago even though there was no problem with my account and I did not receive any clear reason or explanation. I simply saw that my access was blocked without any prior warning, and no email or detailed message was provided to justify this action. I request the immediate unblocking of my Parimatch website account and a full refund of the balance in my account. I expect a clear and written explanation of why my account was blocked and for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
Progress
I am a Parimatch user and I am facing a serious problem with Aadhaar-based document verification on your website. My Aadhaar verification was rejected on 4 April 2026, and after this rejection the system stopped showing any option to upload my Aadhaar documents again. Because of this, my KYC process is stuck and I am unable to complete verification.
Due to this incomplete verification, I am currently unable to withdraw the balance of approximately 1,980 from my Parimatch account. This situation is very stressful, as my funds are blocked only because the system is not allowing me to retry the verification process.
I have already contacted your support team by email regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response, ticket number, explanation, or timeframe for resolution. My verification status has not changed and I have not been given any clear solution or option to re-upload my documents.
I request that my Aadhaar documents be properly reviewed and approved, or at least that my KYC process be reopened so that I can re-upload my Aadhaar documents and complete the verification. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my withdrawal restriction to be removed so that I can use my Parimatch account without any limitations.
