Parimatch ID Verification Problem Blocks Account Access and Funds

I am writing regarding my Parimatch account registered with the email address sathishlj***@gmail.com and the ID number 609017023, which has been blocked for the last 3 days. When I try to use my account, I cannot access it because of ID verification and the account appears to be blocked. I am unable to continue using my account and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience, especially because my current balance of 48,650 is locked and I cannot withdraw it. I kindly request that my ID verification be reviewed as soon as possible, that the restrictions on my account be removed, and that my withdrawals be unblocked so I can access my 48,650 balance and use my Parimatch account with ID 609017023 again. I would also like to be informed about the reason for the blockage, if possible.
