Parimatch Never Credited My ₹2,009 Deposit From Punjab National Bank
On 3 June 2026 at around 10:35 PM, I deposited an amount of ₹2,009 from my Punjab National Bank account to my Parimatch account. The transaction was completed from the bank’s side, and the amount was debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I contacted Punjab National Bank regarding this issue, and they clearly informed me that the money has been transferred successfully. The transaction ID for this payment is 652016945774. I also raised a ticket through my Parimatch account, but Parimatch customer service has not responded so far, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that this matter be checked urgently and that either the ₹2,009 be credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my Punjab National Bank account, along with a clear written clarification of the action taken.
