Parimatch UPI Deposit From PNB Not Reflected

I made a deposit of $23 to my Parimatch account via UPI from my Punjab National Bank account on February 2, 2026, at 8:01 PM. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.

Despite contacting Parimatch customer support regarding this missing deposit, I have not received any response. This situation is causing me inconvenience and a loss of trust in the platform.

I request that my $23 deposit made via UPI from my PNB account on February 2, 2026, at 8:01 PM be urgently traced and immediately credited to my Parimatch account. If that is not possible, I expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution without any further delay.
