I have a serious problem with my Parimatch account registered under the name Arvind Singh Rajpuro** in India. On 07.02.2026 at around 16:15, I deposited 5,000 rupees into my Parimatch account ID 468848226 via UPI using the PhonePe application. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe/UPI, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. After seeing that the 5,000 rupees did not appear in my Parimatch balance, I contacted customer service through the available support channels. However, I did not receive any response or assistance, and my issue remains unresolved. This has made me feel that the platform is not providing real or reliable support when a serious payment problem occurs. I request that my 5,000 rupee deposit made on 07.02.2026 at 16:15 via UPI (PhonePe) be urgently investigated and either credited to my Parimatch account ID 468848226 or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for why this problem occurred and why there was no response from customer service.
