Parimatch Failed to Credit My ₹3,000 in Deposits From HDFC Bank

I am writing to report a serious issue with two deposits I made to my Parimatch account that were deducted from my bank but have not been credited to my balance. On 29 May, I deposited 1,000 rupees from my HDFC Bank account with UTR number 316138371419. On 30 May, I deposited a further 2,000 rupees from the same HDFC Bank account with UTR number 070714470137. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank account, yet neither amount has appeared in my Parimatch account. I opened a support ticket for the 1,000 rupee deposit about one and a half days ago and another ticket for the 2,000 rupee deposit about one day ago. Despite this, I have not received any response or update from Parimatch, which is very disappointing given that my money has been taken but is not usable. I request that both deposits (1,000 rupees from 29 May, UTR 316138371419, and 2,000 rupees from 30 May, UTR 070714470137) be immediately traced and credited to my Parimatch account, or that you provide a clear and prompt resolution to this issue without any further delay.
