Parimatch Failed Deposit Hasn't Been Refunded

On 22/07/2026 I made a 500 deposit to my Parimatch account via PhonePe. The transaction failed, but for 3 days the amount has not been refunded to me. Despite the failed deposit and sufficient time passing, the 500 has still not been returned to my PhonePe balance. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform. I request that my 500 deposit be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this failed transaction and delay in refund.
