Parimatch Deposits 2,600 INR Deducted But Not Credited
I made several deposits through Indian Bank via PhonePe to my Parimatch account in December 2025, but the money was deducted from my bank and never added to my game account. On 13 December 2025, and again between 13 December and the end of December, I deposited a total of 2,600 INR in multiple transactions (first 2,000 INR, then 200 INR, 220 INR and 180 INR). All these amounts were debited from my bank / PhonePe, but they did not reflect in my Parimatch balance, and I have now been waiting for about 45 days without a solution. During this time, I repeatedly contacted Parimatch customer support by email and opened tickets many times. Each time, I was told that the problem would be solved and that I should wait 72 hours, but nothing was resolved and there was no proper response or follow-up. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and has made me lose trust in the platform. I request that the total amount of 2,600 INR that was deducted but not credited be immediately refunded to my Indian Bank / PhonePe account linked to my Parimatch profile.
