Parimatch Deposit Not Reflecting
I made a deposit of 5000 INR to my Parimatch account on 14 April via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and PhonePe shows the payment as completed with UTR: 046876258020, but the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. After noticing that the balance did not reflect, I raised a support ticket with Parimatch. However, I have not seen any real progress on my case. The ticket now shows a pop-up message saying that it is “waiting on you” but I am not being allowed to start a chat or properly respond to resolve the issue. As a result, my money is stuck even though the transaction has clearly gone through on my side. I request that my 5000 INR deposit with UTR: 046876258020 be promptly traced and either credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect the communication issue on the ticket to be resolved so that I can properly follow up if any further information is needed from my side.
