Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment (₹2,000 Missing)

I made a deposit of ₹2,000 via UPI to my Parimatch account on March 21, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The payment was successfully completed on my end, and I have a transaction/reference number: 608038016690. Despite the successful payment, my Parimatch balance has not been updated with this ₹2,000 deposit.

I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved, and the funds are still not visible in my account. I request that my ₹2,000 deposit made on March 21 via UPI with reference number 608038016690 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or, if that is not possible, refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
