Parimatch Deposit Missing Despite Successful PhonePe UPI Payment
I made a deposit of 300 INR to my Parimatch account on 14 May 2026 via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and PhonePe shows the payment as completed with UTR 426490390292. However, this money has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. My Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 919872941*** and the email address dars***[email protected]. After noticing that the balance did not reflect, I raised a support ticket with Parimatch on 14 May 2026. Since then, I have not seen any real progress on my case. The ticket now shows a pop-up message saying that it is “waiting on you”, but I am not being allowed to start a chat or properly respond within the ticket to resolve the issue, so I am unable to provide any further details even if required. As a result, my 300 INR is stuck even though the transaction has clearly gone through on my side and is marked as successful in PhonePe. I request that my 300 INR deposit with UTR 426490390292 be promptly traced and either credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. In addition, I expect the communication issue on the support ticket to be fixed so that I can properly follow up and respond if any further information is needed from my side.
