Parimatch Declined UPI Deposit but Money Was Still Deducted

On 20/06/2026 at around 6:54 pm, I made a deposit of ₹40,000 to the Parimatch betting app using UPI through Paytm. The payment was shown as successful on my side, and the amount was debited from my account, with UPI reference number 308908633112. However, in the Parimatch app the transaction appeared as declined and the money was not added to my Parimatch balance. When I contacted Parimatch support, they said that they have not received the money yet and that the amount would be refunded back to my account, but so far I have not received any refund and I am very worried about losing this ₹40,000. I request that this failed transaction be investigated urgently and that my ₹40,000 be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, as the amount has been debited from my side but has not been credited to my Parimatch account.
