My Failed Cred UPI Deposits Not Refunded

I made two payments to Parimatch via Cred UPI, one for 500 INR on 14 May at around 4:21 a.m. and another for 300 INR on 14 May at around 4:52 a.m. In both cases the amount was deducted from my bank account, but the Parimatch payment page automatically refreshed and I was unable to enter or provide the UTR details. The money has not been added to my Parimatch balance and has also not been returned to my source bank account, so it is effectively stuck. I contacted Parimatch customer support immediately. First, they told me that the money would be deposited into my account within 5 hours. When nothing happened, I contacted support again and two more executives gave me the same time frame, but even after 24 hours the money was not credited. Later, they said they would raise the issue with the billing team, a ticket was opened, and I was told that the amount would be refunded within 3 working days. It has now been 6 days, but there is still no refund. When I reached out again, they asked me to provide a bank statement, which I sent. Despite this, the ticket status on their side shows “resolved” while the money has still not been refunded. Now they are asking for written proof from the bank that these two transactions occurred at the specified dates and times, even though the amounts were clearly debited and I have already shared my statement. I request an immediate refund of the total deducted amount to either my bank account or my Parimatch account without any further delay, and I expect this issue to be treated as a priority due to the repeated postponements and the misleading “resolved” status despite no actual refund being made.
