My Deposits Still Not Credited

I deposited ₹301 and ₹290 into my Parimatch account via Paytm UPI, but neither of these amounts has been credited to my Parimatch balance, even though both payments were successfully deducted from my bank account. The first deposit of ₹301 was made on 17 May and the second deposit of ₹290 was made on 23 May. It has now been about 7 days since my last transaction, and I still have not received either a credit to my Parimatch account or a refund to my bank. After I saw that the money was not added to my Parimatch balance, I created a support ticket. The ticket is showing as successfully created, but even after days nothing has been resolved and my money is still missing. I also have clear screenshots and pictures proving that the payments were successful on my side and that the amounts were deducted from my account. This situation is extremely stressful and unacceptable for me, because my money is blocked and I have not been able to use my Parimatch account for days. I want both deposits, ₹301 and ₹290, to be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, within the next 5–10 minutes, as this is an emergency for me. If for any reason you cannot credit the amounts right away, I expect an urgent explanation and a clear solution without any further delay. I request a very fast response and confirmation once the full amount has been added to my Parimatch account, and I am ready to share all screenshots and evidence if needed.
