My Deposit Not Shown On My Account

I deposited 500 INR into my Parimatch account via Paytm, but the amount has not been credited to my balance. The Paytm transaction reference number is 607332079955, and despite the payment going through on Paytm’s side, it is still not reflected in my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but the process is taking a long time and the situation remains unresolved. I am unhappy that a simple deposit has turned into a delay without a clear solution. I request that my 500 INR Paytm deposit be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible and that I am informed in writing once this is done.
