I Want My Money To Be Credited Into My Betting Account

I am writing to report a serious issue with a payment deposit on my Parimatch account. On 26 May at around 10:18 pm, I made a deposit of 4000 rs through PhonePe using UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it was never added to my Parimatch balance. The transaction reference/UTR number for this payment is 080611762890. This is particularly frustrating because I regularly use PhonePe UPI to deposit on Parimatch and have made many successful deposits in the past. In this case, however, the money has left my PhonePe account and there is no corresponding credit in my Parimatch betting account, leaving my funds stuck. I have already created support tickets on Parimatch four separate times regarding this specific issue. Each time, my ticket was closed and marked as “resolved” without any explanation, and the 4000 rs has still not been credited or refunded. I have not received any clear response, investigation result, or guidance from your side, which has caused me serious inconvenience and loss of trust. I request that the 4000 rs be immediately credited to my Parimatch betting account without any further delay. In addition, because this is not the first time I have faced this kind of deposit problem with Parimatch, I also expect compensation of 10000 rs to be paid to my bank account for the repeated inconvenience and time wasted. I kindly ask you to review this transaction in detail using the provided UTR number and give me a clear written explanation, along with a prompt resolution and confirmation once the issue has been fixed.
