On April 7, 2026, I deposited ₹5,000 via Google Pay into my Parimatch account from India. However, instead of being added as a regular playable balance, the entire amount was automatically converted into bonus balance.
Because of this, I am unable to use the funds as real money for normal gameplay. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive a clear or satisfactory response, and my balance has still not been corrected.
I request that my deposited amount of ₹5,000 be converted from bonus balance into real balance so that I can use it normally on the platform. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
