Parimatch Google Pay Deposit Not Credited Or Refunded

I deposited 2,500 rupees into my Parimatch account on 28 February 2026 via Google Pay at around 12:08 pm (Indian time). This amount has neither been added to my Parimatch balance nor returned to my Google Pay account up to today. On the same day, 28 February, I contacted Parimatch customer support and provided all the proofs I have regarding this transaction. Since then, I have reached out to their support many times about the same issue, but I have not received any clear written response or solution from them. I request that this issue be resolved immediately, either by adding the 2,500 rupees to my Parimatch account balance or by refunding the full amount back to my Google Pay account without any further delay. I expect a clear and prompt response and a final result on this case right away.
