I am a user of the Parimatch website, and yesterday at around 12:48 PM, I deposited ₹500 via PhonePe UPI to the UPI account shown on your platform.
Initially, the transaction status on Parimatch showed as “processing,” but it is now marked as “denied.” The ₹500 has neither been credited to my Parimatch balance nor refunded to my PhonePe/bank account.
I have a payment screenshot and the UPI transaction reference number (UTR: 230220908583) as proof that the payment was successfully completed. I also attempted to submit the UTR on your website, but the funds still have not been added to my account.
My Parimatch account is registered with the phone number 70745511**. It has been more than 24 hours since the transaction was marked as denied, and the issue remains unresolved.
When I tried to contact customer support through the online chat, the chat window was completely blank with no available options, so I was unable to get any assistance.
I am very disappointed with this experience and request that the ₹500 from this UPI transaction (UTR: 230220908583) be immediately credited to my Parimatch account linked to 70745511**. I am ready to provide the payment screenshot and any additional details required to verify the transaction and resolve this issue without further delay.
