I Cannot Use or Withdraw My Pati Match Slot Bonus After Deposit

I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with the casino slot bonus on Pati Match.

On May 8, 2026, at around 18:05, I made a deposit of ₹300 and received a casino slot bonus connected to that deposit. However, shortly afterward, both my bonus balance and related funds were suddenly locked without any warning or explanation being shown to me.

The bonus was blocked unexpectedly, and I became unable to use, play with, or withdraw the balance connected to it. At no point was I given a clear reason for why this restriction was applied or whether I had supposedly violated any rule or bonus condition.

I attempted to contact Pati Match customer support to resolve the issue and understand what happened, but my efforts were unsuccessful and I did not receive any useful or clear response regarding my locked funds.

This situation is extremely frustrating because the money and bonus were connected to a valid deposit made from my side, yet I have been left without access to the balance and without transparent communication from the platform.

I request that Pati Match urgently review my account activity, clearly explain why my casino slot bonus and funds were locked, and transfer the locked bonus balance into my real wallet balance so that I can properly use or withdraw my money without further restrictions or delays.
