On 17 June 2026 I made a deposit of 5,000 via PhonePe to my Parimatch Casino account. The amount was debited from my PhonePe balance, but Parimatch declined the deposit and the money was not credited to my casino account. The transaction reference for this payment is UTR: 599556389179. Although the payment has clearly been taken from my PhonePe account, my Parimatch balance remains unchanged. I contacted Parimatch support about this issue, yet I have received no response or assistance at all. This lack of communication and failure to resolve a clear payment issue is highly unacceptable. I formally request the immediate refund of the 5,000 from this transaction back to my account without any further delay. I expect Parimatch to urgently review this payment using the provided UTR and to resolve this matter promptly and in full.
