Deposit via PhonePe Successful but Wallet Not Credited
I made a deposit of 5,000 rupees to my Parimatch account via UPI using PhonePe on 3 June, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. In my PhonePe transaction history and bank statement, the payment is clearly shown as successful/completed, yet the balance in my Parimatch account has not increased since that date. Because of this, my money is stuck even though the payment was processed successfully from my side. I have not yet received any information or correction from Parimatch regarding this missing deposit. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my 5,000 rupees be either immediately credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my PhonePe/bank account as soon as possible.
