PhonePe UPI Transfer to Parimatch Debited But Not Credited

On 31 May at around 1:35, I transferred ₹5,000 from my State Bank of India account using the PhonePe app via UPI to Parimatch. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it did not appear or get credited in my Parimatch account, so the money has gone from my bank but is not visible on Parimatch. I have not yet been able to get any resolution and I have not contacted customer care before this complaint. I request that this failed/unknown transaction be checked urgently and that my ₹5,000 either be refunded back to my State Bank of India account or correctly credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible.
