Deposit via FamPay Deducted but Not Credited to Account
On 13 June I made a deposit of 2,000 to my Parimatch account using FamPay, but the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The amount has been deducted from my FamPay, yet it is not showing in my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue and they asked me to provide a screenshot, UTR and all the required transaction information. I submitted everything they requested, but even after two days I have not received any response or solution and my balance is still not updated. I request that my 2,000 deposit be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or that you urgently investigate and resolve this issue so I can use the funds I have already paid.
