Deposit via FamPay Deducted but Not Credited to Account

I made a payment of ₹1000 to Parimatch today through GPay. The payment has been successfully completed on GPay and the ount has been debited from my bank account, but the deposit is still not showing in my Parimatch account balance. In my GPay app this payment appears as a successful transaction with a valid UPI/transaction ID, however my Parimatch wallet is not reflecting this ₹1000 at all. The money is gone from my bank account but is not visible in my Parimatch account. I request that this payment be investigated urgently and that my Parimatch account be credited with the ₹1000 I paid, or the ount be refunded back to my original payment method if the deposit cannot be processed. I ready to share the GPay transaction ID and any other details needed for verification.
