Parimatch 2000 INR SBI Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of 2000 INR to my Parimatch account on 28th January via State Bank of India. The amount was deducted from my bank account and I have a transaction reference/UTR and screenshot as proof, but even after more than a month the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any reply or solution so far. I find it unacceptable that such a long time has passed without my deposit being either credited or refunded. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 2000 INR to my Parimatch account or refunding the same amount back to my State Bank of India account, based on your process. I also ask that I be informed clearly about the resolution.
