Deposit Processing Error

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a deposit on the Parimatch sports betting app. Two days ago, I made a deposit of 1,000 rupees through PhonePe, and the amount was debited from my PhonePe account and is also visible in my account statement. However, this amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. My Parimatch user ID is 507198***. I contacted Parimatch customer support, and they keep telling me that their receiver will confirm the payment, but they have been repeating the same message for the past two days without any resolution or clear update. During this time, my money remains stuck even though it has already left my PhonePe account. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my 1,000 rupees either be credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or the amount be refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be informed clearly of the final outcome.
