Deposit Problem In Parimatch Account

I deposited 2,000 rupees into my Parimatch account on 25/09/2026 at around 3:37 PM via Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The Paytm transaction was completed successfully, and I have the confirmation showing that the payment of 2,000 rupees was processed. Despite this, my Parimatch account has not been updated and the deposit is missing. My Parimatch user ID is 665942***. I kindly request that this 2,000 rupees deposit be checked and immediately credited to my Parimatch account linked to this user ID, or that you clearly explain the reason for the delay. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible because I have already paid the amount and have proof of the successful transaction.
