Parimatch Missing Deposit Issue With ₹2,000 Paytm Transaction

On April 12, 2026, I deposited ₹2,000 into my Parimatch account using Paytm, but the amount was not credited to my Parimatch wallet even though it was successfully deducted from my Paytm balance. I waited for the funds to reflect in the app, but they never appeared in my account.

I also attempted to contact customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response about the failed transaction or the missing funds. I am requesting that my ₹2,000 be refunded to my Paytm account as soon as possible, since the amount has been taken from me but no service has been provided in return.
