Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment of ₹24,000

On April 4, 2026, I deposited ₹24,000 from Paytm into my Parimatch account. The payment was successfully completed on Paytm’s side with transaction/reference ID 609452998847, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.
After making the payment, Parimatch displayed a message saying “requesting your deposit, please wait,” which later disappeared, but my account balance never updated.
I attempted to contact customer support, but there is no proper assistance available. I only receive automated bot responses, with no real solution or clear information about my missing funds.
I request that my ₹24,000 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately without further delay, or that a clear and urgent resolution be provided regarding this missing deposit.
