Deposit Not Credited
I deposited ₹10,000 into my Parimatch account on 31 May 2026 via UPI using PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The money has been debited from my PhonePe account, yet it does not appear in my Parimatch account. I tried to reach Parimatch customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far, which is causing me serious concern and inconvenience as my funds are stuck. I request that my ₹10,000 deposit be immediately credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible and that I am provided with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there was no response from support.
