Deposit Not Credited in My Account
On 11 June 2026 at around 5:56 p.m., I made a deposit of ₹12,000 to my Parimatch account (ID: 388872***) using MobiKwik. The payment was successfully debited on MobiKwik’s side and I received the UTR reference number 165180333626, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. Even though it has now been more than 24 hours, the ₹12,000 is neither visible in my Parimatch balance nor has it been reversed. I contacted Parimatch 24x7 customer service about this missing deposit, but I have not received any response or resolution. I request that my ₹12,000 deposit with UTR 165180333626 be immediately traced and credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation and prompt action be provided.
