Deposit Not Credited After Successful Jio Payments Transfer

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account on 11 June 2026 in the amount of 299.56 via Jio Payments Digital Bank. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch betting account. I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any real effort or effective assistance to resolve the problem. My balance remains unchanged even though the payment has been taken from my bank. I request that the amount of 299.56 be immediately credited to my Parimatch betting account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
