Parimatch Support Not Responding to ₹20,000 Payment Issue

On April 23, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my Parimatch gaming account using Paytm. Although the amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.

I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. This situation is causing serious concern, as a significant amount of money is stuck without any update or resolution.

I request that the ₹20,000 be refunded to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I also ask to be notified in writing once the refund has been completed.
