Deposit Failed but Money Was Debited From My Account

I am writing about a problem I experienced with Parimatch regarding a PhonePe deposit and the lack of any response after creating my account. Yesterday, I deposited 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account via PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe, but on Parimatch it shows the payment as failed, and the balance has not been credited to my account. I am using Parimatch and PhonePe from India. After this issue, I also created an account on Parimatch, but there has been no response or support from your side regarding either my account or the missing deposit. I have not received any information, confirmation, or explanation about what happened to my 5,000 INR. I request that my 5,000 INR deposit made via PhonePe be immediately credited to my Parimatch account, or that you clearly resolve this issue without any further delay. I expect a prompt investigation and a clear response about the status of my money.
