I made a payment of ₹1,000 from my Paytm bank account to my Parimatch account on April 6, 2026, in Jaipur, India. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.
I contacted Parimatch support regarding this issue, but I did not receive a clear or helpful response, and my problem remains unresolved. I have the UTR/UTT reference number for this transaction, which is 609634624461, and it clearly confirms that the payment was successfully completed on my end.
I request that the ₹1,000 be manually credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that this transaction be properly investigated and resolved without further delay. I expect a clear explanation along with a prompt resolution to this issue.
